Shuttles and on site registration
Details of the shuttle service can be found on the main WMSG Site at www.2008wmsg.org - you need to click on the link to English at the top right of the first page, and then on the English page you will see a link on the right to the information sheet for participants. The information is there. You can click here to get a direct link, but be warned that this may contain old information - I am not sure if it will update automatically. You will see from this document that you will go to registration first and obtain your badge before going to your hotels.
I am told that players arriving before the shuttle service starts on 1st October will need to make their own arrangements to get to their hotel. It is suggested that a taxi is the best way to do this. The registration desk will open in the Beijing International Convention Centre on 30 September, and players should go their to collect their badges.
