Should the club award Master Points?

As long as you are affiliated to one of the Home Unions (England, Scotland, Northern Ireland or Wales) or to your own Federation, yes, you may award your own master points for your own heat - and most clubs do so. If you don't intend to award them, then this should be made clear when announcing the event.

Overall Master Points are issued by the sponsoring organisation and sent to the clubs after the event. Click here to find out how they are calculated
